There hasn't been this much tension and creativity since the original, and practically every scene is filled with an uncomfortable level of anxiety. Yes, Final Destination 5 is truly the best sequel since the first. Ever since the original, the series has sort of meandered around, trying to recapture the initial wonder of death playing the part of a slasher and killing off a group of people.
